Since joining Renee’s yoga class six months ago, I have found my strength and flexibility has greatly improved (for an old girl!). Renee is an exceptional yoga teacher and is a pleasure to be around. Keep up the good work Renee!
I was a total beginner when I first came to Renee’s yoga classes and now I can’t get enough! Each class is tailored to the needs of the class as a whole with new sequences every month to keep it fresh. I now have a vast range of yoga poses that I can easily practice at home. Renee has a lovely calming aura, and after each class I find myself so relaxed that I sleep like a baby, with the added value of having a more flexible, better-toned body!
Renee is a very inspiring yoga teacher with a lovely nature and her classes are a pleasure to attend. Every week is slightly adapted to suit our own individual needs, and I leave her classes feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready for my week ahead. Yoga with Renee has changed my perspective on life, and I cannot thank her enough for this 🙂
Six months ago I attended Renee’s yoga class as a complete novice. Before the lesson had even finished, I knew I was totally addicted.
You cannot help but absorb Renee’s beautiful, calming energy, I always leave class feeling extremely serene. With Renee’s teachings and practice I am learning to take the ‘yogi way’ off the mat, and mindfulness is naturally becoming a way of life. Each day I feel my soul is fed a little more.
Reaping the benefits from this new outlook – along with the physical changes in flexibility, strength and tone to my body and a vast improvement in balance (I cannot remember the last time I tripped over, it used to be a daily occurrence! Not alcohol related, honestly!) – I know that I will be a yogi for life, and I will be forever grateful to Renee for sharing her light with me.
I look forward to my Wednesday yoga class with Renee so much. I always leave the class in a gorgeously serene state. I have been attending Renee’s classes for six months and my posture, balance and state of mind have improved. Renee is a fabulous and calming teacher; she has taught me how to carry the relaxed mood away from the mat – I can’t thank her enough for this.
Renee’s classes are an inspiration. I find I am becoming more flexible and calmer, and I often apply the breathing techniques through the day when I feel stressed. I really look forward to the yoga sessions, they are so positive and uplifting, and the relaxation at the end is the icing on the cake!
Renee is an absolute pleasure to work with and a lovely teacher. She is always positive and nothing is ever too much trouble – a plus when working with teachers!
I joined the class as a complete beginner, not sure that I was flexible enough to cope with yoga as I couldn’t even touch my toes. I have found that Renee makes yoga really accessible and she encourages everyone to participate at their own level – not making it too easy, of course. I really enjoy it now and look forward to the class every week, I even practise a few times a week by myself at home.
